All claims—regardless of amount—that are notifiable under the terms of the insurance policy should be reported to the broker without delay, in accordance with the policy’s conditions for claims reporting and management.

Upon receiving a claim notice, Praeventus will assess the claim on behalf of its carriers under the applicable delegated binding authority. We handle and settle claims up to the limits of our authority in a fair, flexible, and timely manner. If a claim exceeds our delegated limit, we promptly share all relevant information with the lead insurer(s) and collaborate closely to ensure a swift and accurate resolution for the insured.
