Details of claims (irrespective of amount) which are notifiable under the terms of the insurance, should be advised to the broker without delay as per the conditions in the policy relating to the reporting and handling of claims. Upon our receipt of a claim notice, we will undertake an assessment of that claim acting on behalf of our carriers under the relevant delegated binding authority.

We will assess and settle claims up to the limit of our authority under the relevant delegated binding authority in a fair, flexible and timely manner. Once said limit is reached, we will share the necessary information with the lead Insurer(s) and work closely with them to assess the claim and come to a swift and correct outcome for the Insured.
